Series vs Parallel

This is where the pedal opens up.

  • Parallel - both stages run alongside each other

    • Clearer, more dynamic, lets you hear each stage separately. Ideal for blending clean and character

  • Series - one stage drives the other

    • More saturation and compression, thicker, more pushed sound. Feels closer to stacked drives and fuzzes.
